Surge Consulting is led by Chuck Hatsis. Prior to leading Surge, Chuck was Global Chief Procurement Officer at Groupon and a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations Practice; he has also held executive positions at ABN AMRO, Nationwide, and Procter & Gamble.
Having founded Surge, held line functional roles in Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Finance and Operations, and having worked globally as a senior executive and management consultant, he brings unique perspectives, experience, skillsets, and an entrepreneurial eye to his work.
Chuck graduated Magna Cum Laude in Finance at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategy at UCLA Anderson.
Collectively, Chuck and his teams have saved over a half billion dollars.
